ZonexCommander
Networked Rooftop and Packaged Unit Control
The
ZonexCommander is designed to Network 1- 80 Stand
alone HVAC units. The system shall consist of a
controller and communicating thermostats.
Each controller shall communicate with up to 20 thermostats.
Up to four controllers may be networked together to
communicate with up to 80 devices total.
The ZonexCommander fills a large and profitable void
between programmable thermostats and expensive and
complex energy management systems.
The system
uses simple Windows based software providing
Internet or direct access with every thermostat or unit in the
system. Return and discharge air temperatures are also
viewed remotely. Additionally, signage, parking lot lights,
exhaust fans or other devices can be controlled and
scheduled remotely or on site. Trend logging is also included
at no additional charge with the
Free Windows based operating software.
A complete ZonexCommander System
consists of the following components:
1. 101CEC – Command Center
(Includes operating software that may be copied)
2. DIGICOM - Digital communicating thermostats
3. Unshielded twisted pair wire.

SENDCOM- Communicating duct sensors display
Supply Air and Return Air Temperatures remotely
RLYCOM - Communicating relay module to
schedule generic loads
101MUX- Four channel multiplexer
for systems greater than 20 units
101COMC – Additional Expansion Controller
for systems greater than 20 units
