Remote VAV control  for Individual Units
with 2 to 20 Modulating Zones

  The ModCom Command Center controls up to 20 Devices
  (a combination of Thermostats, RelayComs, and SendComs
  may equal 20 devices). The ModCom is field configurable to
  control Gas, Electric; Heat Pump; or Dual Fuel Systems. The
  ModCom provides on-board capacity adjustable capacity
  control along with temperature ranges for High  and Low
  Limits and Balance Point (Dual Fuel).
  All scheduling and monitoring is accomplished through the
  use of the Windows Based ModCom software, accessible
  by a local computer, modem connection or optional
  TCIP Internet Device. 

  Trend logging is also included at no additional charge
  with the free Windows based operating software.

        A complete ModCom System consists of
                    The following components:

  1. MODCC With Modem, 3 HDLAS Sensors,
      Operating Software and On-board Capacity Control
  2. Zone Thermostats
  3. Zone Dampers
  4. Bypass Damper
  5. Twisted Pair wire

  Optional items:

  SENDCOM- Communicating duct sensors for
   stand alone equipment, display Supply Air
   and Return Air Temperatures  remotely

  RLYCOM - Communicating relay module to
                   schedule generic loads

  101MUX- Four channel multiplexer
                for systems greater than 20 zones

  CMOD - Without Modem, an add-on for systems
               larger than 20 zones
