SAMOD Modulating (stand alone) Damper Control
The SAMOD is a
DDC auto changeover thermostat designed
to control a fully modulating stand alone supply damper or
diffuser/damper. It is equipped with an accurate duct sensor
to facilitate changeover.
The AXMOD has
all the features of the SAMOD but includes
auxiliary heat contacts to energize a supplemental heating
source.
The SAMOD or
AXMOD thermostat display:
A. Room
temperature
B.
Supply air temperature
C.
Damper position
This is a
great control for adding thermostats to a duct system,
when only one thermostat was originally installed to
control many rooms.
A complete
SAMOD System
consists of the following components:
1. SAMOD or AXMOD Thermostat
Duct Sensor (Included)
2.
Zone Damper
3. 40 VA Transformer (Field Supplied)
